Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, packing, and shipping. Free for domestic orders over $50 and $8 for orders under $50 via UPS Ground (via Ground Residential) to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, AA/AE/AP military bases, US Territories, or to orders combined with other promotional offers.
Expedited Shipping: Available for $25 at checkout.
Orders placed before 10:30 AM PST will be processed, packed, and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 10:30 AM PST will be processed, packed, and shipped the next business day.
General Information:
For purposes of Palladium Boot’s shipping policies and practices, business days do NOT include weekends or federal holidays.
Standard shipping includes all 50 states, but it is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, AA/AE/AP military address or U.S. territories. Free for orders over $50; $8 for orders under $50.
At checkout, select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs depend on your selected method and will be calculated before the order is finalized.
International Shipping: Palladium Boots US does not ship internationally. For international orders, please visit the appropriate regional website.
Force Majeure: If a shipment is delayed due to conditions beyond Palladium’s reasonable control, such as natural disasters or civil strife, Palladium will not be liable for late shipment and delivery and no fees or cost will be refunded. But Palladium will ship your order on the earliest possible date once the force majeure conditions subside.
Return & Exchange Policy
Free Returns & Exchanges:

Extended Holiday Returns:
For orders received between November 20 and December 31, we offer an extended return period of 60 calendar days.
Eligibility for Extended Holiday Returns:
This policy applies only to merchandise purchased directly from www.palladiumboots.com.
Items purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned or exchanged with the original retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policies.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your return. During the holiday season, processing times may extend to up to 21 business days.
