I received my shoes 3 days ago, and I absolutely love the model — they’re incredibly comfortable. However, I noticed a small mark/stain on the heel of the right shoe, as well as two visible stains around the laces on the left shoe. Unfortunately, the marks on the left shoe are especially noticeable and affect the overall appearance and impression of the shoes. I’ve attached photos of the marks below for reference. Could you please let me know what options are available in this situation?
I've been looking for something suitable for indoor activity but also can handle light hiking (it's for airsoft, I'm not gonna lie). It isn't my first pair of Palladium's and probably won't be my last. They are size accurate, have a nice width and surprisingly good ankle support even when rolled down.
Super comfortable, breathable and versatile. Wearing them for a few days now with no break in period needed.

Love 'em! This is my second pair of Palladium Boots and I love 'em! They're comfy, super stylish, and really durable. My first pair I wore pretty much all fall and winter for like 5 years, and the only reason I got rid of them was 'cause my gross sweaty feet made 'em smell terrible. But they still had tons of life left. So I'm super excited to have my second pair and can't wait to wear 'em like crazy.

These boots have become a standard in my wardrobe. Great for daily wear and runs with the dog. They're light and comfortable. And the extra ankle support is a nice option for hikes. Perfect for summer!

I love the way they feel! Would love more casual colors instead of solid colors! Like the classic canvas Sneaker style! Black canvas, white rubber soles! (Or a off white color that looks worn in!!) The feel is phenomenal, Ive worn them to work, and on just the daily. And they are amazing! Would love to have more if i could with a more "half calf" military boot upper style like the baggy! Will buy more pairs when I can!!

Shoes seemed like they would be sturdy. Unfortunately the sizing guide converting men’s to women’s was not accurate. Wanted them for burning man but just too long in the foot for me.
