SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

  • Palladiumboots.com offers FREE FedEx Ground on all orders over $75.00 and shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
  • Free ground shipping is not available to AA/AE/AP military bases or to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Palladiumboots.com uses FedEx as our preferred carrier for all orders within the continental U.S.
  • FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders shipping to Military bases will be processed through USPS.

Domestically, Palladiumboots.com offers FedEx Ground, FedEx Ground, Three day, Second day and next day. Next day service does not include Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is offered on Fridays only and does cost more. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Tuesday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

    • Standard Ground, normally 3-8 business days Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  • Third Day, normally 3 business days Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Third Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Second Day Air, normally 2 business days Most items may be shipped to all 50 United States via 2nd Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within two full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Overnight, normally 1 business day Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. OVERNIGHT DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY DELIVERY.

SHIPPING POLICIES

 


Palladiumboots.com ships Monday-Friday. All orders received by 11:00AM ET will ship the SAME BUSINESS DAY Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 11:00AM ET will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 11:00AM ET on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item and we agree to issue a refund, the amount refunded will be for merchandise only, ie not including any shipping charges. Additionally, if we paid the return shipping charge, this amount may be deducted from your refund.

CREDIT CARD REVIEW POLICY

All orders are manually verified, so that an initial approval is subject to manual review.

INSIDE THE US

Domestically, Palladiumboots.com offers FedEx Ground (by way of FedEx Smartpost), Two-Day Air and Priority Overnight. Orders must be placed by 11:00AM ET Mon-Fri to receive next day service. Next day service does not include Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is offered on Fridays only and does cost more. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Do not count the day the order ships as a business day.

  • Standard FedEx Ground (by way of FedEx Smartpost), normally 7-10 business days

  • Two-Day Air, normally 2 business days

    Orders may be shipped to all 50 United States via Two-Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within two full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Do not count the day the order ships as a business day.

  • Priority Overnight, normally 1 business day

    Orders may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Priority Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Do not count the day the order ships as a business day.

  • Palladiumboots.com offers FREE domestic FedEx Ground (by way of FedEx Smartpost) service on all orders over $50 shipping within the the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories not included)

  • Free shipping is not available in combination with other promotional offers. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). OUTSIDE THE US

Palladiumboots.com does not offer international shipping. Please check to see if there is a local web site available for your country.

RETURNING AN ITEM

The Palladium Boots team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience as our customer by providing an expedited online returns using FedEx. We are happy to accept unworn returns within 30 days of purchase. 

The automated process will provide you with a FedEx return shipping label which you can then use to ship back your purchase. $6 will be deducted from the amount of the refund in order to cover shipping fees. Once the shoes are dropped off and accepted by FedEx, the money will be returned to the original method of payment. If you choose to send back your shoes on your own, please provide us with tracking information by email at CS@Palladiumboots.com so we can monitor your return and ensure you receive your refund in a timely manner.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a customer service specialist within 30 days of delivery by email at CS@Palladiumboots.com.

Please supply the specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.

We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

CREDIT

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.
